PROHS Automatic Loading System was designed to carry out loading/unloading operations of the material to be processed in PROHS steam sterilizers.

The control of the loading system is integrated with the control of the sterilizer. When the sterilizer is ready for a new cycle, the material will be automatically loaded into the sterilization chamber. The door will close automatically, and the pre-determined sterilization program begins.

The unloading unit works independently and automatically from the loading area. Allowing that at the end of the sterilization cycle, the door opens, and the material is removed from the sterilization chamber into the discharge system, remaining there until the user is ready to transport it for storage or distribution.

The system can also work in manual mode, requiring the user to carry out the loading and unloading commands. PROHS Automatic Loading System can be fixed to the sterilizer but is still easily moved for maintenance or cleaning the sterilizer chamber.
