Currently there is a trend towards the centralisation of services which has led to a correlating increase in the need to transport RMDs between Health Service Organisation (HSO) sites.

When transporting RMDs, it is absolutely essential to ensure that the correct environmental conditions are maintained to guarantee the integrity of your instruments.   • Custom designed vehicles for transportation between HSO facilities with the provision for complete separation of clean and sterile items from contaminated items i.e. ‘clean’ and ‘dirty’ vehicles.
  • Fully enclosed self-contained transport modules offering continuous monitoring and tracking whilst also ensuring a controlled ‘clean room’ environment in accordance with AS5369.
  • Guaranteed constant temperature and humidity – with no spikes, during transit within the specifications outlined in AS5369.
  • Continuous tracking of temperature, humidity, particle counts and geolocation.
  • A fully comprehensive final report for both source and destination hospitals the HSO facility managers incorporating the full tracking parameters and all source load documentation.
When to Utilise the ECO JEMSS Logistics Department for your HSO
  • Emergency procedures where sterilized instruments are not available onsite.
  • No access to sterilisation department i.e. small communities and country clinics, GP, day surgeries and dental clinics
