Currently the one size which is 250mmW x 350mmL x 290mmH. We can manufacture to any size on request. Spring hinges allows the door to be replaced if damaged or attempts are made to break into the box. This means the whole box doesn’t need to be replaced. The Door has 3 locking points on locking. The doors snug fitting prevents finger getting between the door and outer casing reducing tampering to open the door.
The ECO Sample Collection Box is used to securely store temperature or light sensitive materials for a period until collected for processing. The Collection box is mounted to a wall with 4 anchor points only accessible from inside the box. The box has 3 lock points within the door for security. The box construction is made from Aluzinc which is a robust metal when powder coated and will withstand years of extreme temperatures and sun exposure. Industrial heat Insulation has been machine cut and positioned by hand throughout the box to a depth of 20mm with a bond sealant to prevent any gaps for heat penetration and movement from temperature expansion. There are 4 precut sheets used internally, which can be replaced if damaged. Adding Insulation: The Box design has been made to accommodate using an Ice pack or liquid frozen pack to maintain an internal consistent AMBIANT temperature whilst closed. The internal temperature with an Ice Pack will be 10-15 degrees lower than the external temperature for up to 4 hours.
