Whether you are replacing an existing sterilizer in an old building or installing several sterilizers into a new building, Eco Jemss has the expertise and know-how to ensure you have the space and utilities available. Depending on the size and configuration of the sterilisers you are ordering, you may need to have different utilities available. Eco Jemss has a team of service engineers that have been factory trained and certified to carry out installations for Medical and Laboratory equipment. The installation team consists of both Electrical Contractors, Plumbing contractors, Mechanical fitters, and programming/ Validation experts which ensures your equipment installation is efficient and compliant with all standards including WHS standards and regulations.
Medical Equipment Installations
Eco Jemss will uncrate, Install and commission your equipment to all relevant standards including AS5369:2023. The commissioning team will carry out IQ, OQ, PQ for your equipment. IQ, OQ, PQ protocols are methods for demonstrating that the equipment being used or installed will offer a high degree of quality assurance such that production processes will consistently manufacture products that meet quality requirements. For Equipment such as steriliser and generators that are pressure vessels Eco Jemss will complete the inspection and lodge the application with the appropriate regulatory board. Training for operators and hospital maintenance departments will be carried out and finally the equipment will be handed over to the facility.

What is IQ, OQ and PQ ?
- Installation Qualification (IQ) verifies that an instrument or unit of equipment being qualified (as well as its sub-systems and any ancillary systems) has been installed and configured according to the manufacturer’s specifications or installation checklist.
- Operational Qualification (OQ) involves identifying and inspecting equipment features that can impact final product quality.
- Performance Qualification (PQ) is the final step of qualifying equipment. In this phase, the qualification and validation team verifies and documents that the user requirements are verified as being met.
